The price is, of course, an important factor in any camera decision. The manufacturer’s suggested retail prices give an idea on the placement of the camera in the maker’s lineup and the broader market. The K-70 was launched at a markedly lower price (by 68 percent) than the S5 II, which puts it into a different market segment. Many modern cameras are not only capable of taking still images, but also of capturing video footage.
